After 24 hours immersion in water, the water absorption rate of TPX mandrel is less than 0.05%.

3. Dimension stability

TPX mandrel can keep excellent dimension stability even if it has been used many times.

4. Steam and Chemical resistance

TPX mandrel is used in the vulcanization process of rubber hose, as it has good steam and chemical resistance.

5. Mandrel released easily

TPX mandrel can be released easily from the vulcanized hose by water pressure.

6. Reusable

TPX mandrel can be used repeatedly, greatly reduce the production cost of hose makers.
